Birth and Re-birth

I had a baby. He's precious and perfect and has monkey toes. His birth did not come without some obstacles. Today was supposed to be his due date but he was a few weeks early. It was scary for a little while. Everyone is doing well, I'm pleased to announce. We are just settling into our new routines at home. I am working on a longer, more in depth blog post about my journey through pregnancy and birth. There are emotions and situations to process and, frankly, baby takes up a lot of my energy right now. Down the line, I will post for the world to see. For now, let's just get on with the products!
Maternity leave is for baby cares, first and foremost. Gotta make sure my new little buddy is properly taken care of before I return to work. However, that doesn't mean I won't take this opportunity to revamp the website and knits (and stories).
My day job will be there for me when I return in a couple months. In the meantime (and hopefully beyond), I want to focus on creating more creative projects. I want to take the knits further and turn the stories into epics. I mean, I have a whole craft area dedicated to the production of fun things. Why not utilize it?! In the next week or so, I hope to have a few creations up for sale. Some items will be tried and true favorites. I cannot stop making hats. They are in my blood. I will also be adding a few new experimental ideas. If they work, yay! If not, I will still have the normal knits up for sale. Take a journey with me and let me know what you think.
Please, comment with something you might like to see in the knitting realm or something new with paints. I have been doing a lot more painting. Looking for a specific gift and think maybe I can help?
